Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance for career development.
