A leading company in the professional services sector, SynergERP is searching for a results-driven Business Development Manager. This is your chance to join a dynamic team that collaborates with various organizations, including NGOs and digital marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth for professional service offerings.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in membership organizations and NGOs to promote services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the IT services sector.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company in the market.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales roles within professional services.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools related to business analysis and reporting.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R40,000 – R60,000 per month.
