Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Executive with daily HR and payroll tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
- Support recruitment processes by compiling job descriptions, posting ads, and screening applicants.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture.
- Coordinate and attend employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an HR role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R18,000 – R20,000 per month.
