A leading company, Communicate Recruitment, is seeking a skilled Revit Electrical Draughtsperson to join their dynamic building services team. This role offers exposure to large commercial, retail, industrial, and multi-residential projects, working on complex electrical and electronic systems in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed Revit electrical drawings for various types of buildings and infrastructures.
- Review and analyze project specifications to understand requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with architects and other engineers to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Prepare layouts, schematics, and diagrams for electrical systems using Revit software.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations in all electrical designs.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to gather information and evaluate project progress.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electrical drafting, preferably with Revit.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Understanding of: Electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R300,000 – R360,000 per year.
