Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to blood donors, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the donation process.
- Monitor donor reactions and manage any complications that may arise during or after donation.
- Administer appropriate post-donation care and offer support and information to donors regarding their health and well-being.
- Coordinate and assist in educational campaigns to promote blood donation and awareness in the community.
- Maintain accurate records of donations, medical histories, and donor interactions in compliance with established protocols.
Requirements
- Qualification: Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or donor management setting is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care are essential.

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
