Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate learning programmes in accordance with SETA/QCTO requirements to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, training materials, and assessments tailored to various learning needs.
- Guide and support learners throughout the training process, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide a feedback mechanism to improve future training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and relevant subject matter.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree or diploma in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a training or facilitation role within an educational setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Certifications: Relevant training or facilitation certifications would be an advantage.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
