Exciting Opportunity: Administrative Assistant in Johannesburg

A leading company, NGIS (PTY) Ltd, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Manage emails and documents to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for the organization.
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant degree or certification in administration or management is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
