Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of qualified boilermakers and welders in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Oversee the manufacture and assembly of metal structures and frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work processes to guarantee efficiency.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and teamwork.

Requirements
- Experience: 5 years’ experience as a Qualified Boilermaker/Welder in a steel or industrial environment.
- Skills: Proficient with welding techniques, tooling, and fabrication processes.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
