Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for management and employees regarding HR-related issues, providing guidance and support.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an HR Generalist, preferably in hospitality.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR best practices and South African labor laws.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
