Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users, both onsite and remotely, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, offering solutions to minimize downtime for users.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, continuously updating the knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects, including new system deployments and upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance user experience and streamline support processes.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT qualifications such as a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years in a similar technical support role.
- Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively support users.

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
