A leading company, Kabstrading Co, is actively seeking detail-oriented Admin Assistants to join their growing team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized and skilled in handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email communications, including drafting, responding, and organizing correspondence for effective communication.
  • Draft legal documents under the supervision of senior staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and track critical documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars to support senior team members.
  • Support various administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative experience or a diploma in Office Administration.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
