Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist / Switchboard Operator in Stellenbosch

A gorgeous wine farm is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join their team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls via the switchboard, ensuring prompt and professional handling.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
  • Assist guests and clients with inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or switchboard operator role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, ability to multitask, and a friendly disposition.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
