Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist in menu planning, costing, and maintaining inventory controls.
- Help train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest service.
Requirements
- Qualification: Culinary diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a kitchen environment, ideally in a hospitality or resort setting.

💰 Salary Insight
