Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Manager in Cape Town

A leading company, Time Personnel, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion across the Western and Southern Cape in their Food & Beverage sector. This is an excellent chance to drive growth in a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to key clients and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes and market trends.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
