Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the diverse needs of the Africa region.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent across multiple disciplines within the retail and corporate sectors.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferably within the retail or corporate sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor market trends and regulations within the African context.

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
