A leading company, Profile Personnel, is currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with “Three-Way Matches” including Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Code expenses accurately to General Ledger (GL) accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of facility operations and reporting.
- Coordinate and liaise with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Compile reports on facility usage and associated costs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant diploma/degree in Facilities Management or a similar field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a facilities management or administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor and report inconsistencies effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R28,000 per month.
