Exciting Opportunity: Key Accounts Manager in Cape Town

A vibrant and energetic Key Accounts Manager position is currently available at Hire Resolve in the heart of Cape Town, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue growth.
  • Engage in strategic planning to align with business objectives and successfully drive the team forward.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure goals are met and provide insights for continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients and achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management or related sales roles.
  • Skills: A proven sales track record with a strong “hunter” sales mentality worthy of high-performance metrics.
  • Education: A relevant degree or qualification in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R420,000 per year.
