Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP Time Management and related modules as per the client’s specifications.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for HCM and Time Management processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of all configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including project plans, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM consulting with strong emphasis on Time Management module.
- Skills: Proven experience with SAP implementation methodologies and functional processes.
- Certifications: SAP HCM Certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL and data modeling is a plus.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R60,000 – R80,000 per month.
