Exciting Opportunity: Client Onboarding Coordinator (US Healthcare) – EST Hours | Remote

A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Coordinator. This role is essential as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, embedded within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Join a team committed to excellence and innovation right from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for US clients, ensuring seamless communication and support during the onboarding process.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of clients by providing guidance and assistance with system navigation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that service delivery remains of the highest standard.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to manage client information effectively within designated systems.
  • Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, facilitating training sessions when required.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or onboarding role within a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients professionally.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, remote work environment across varying time zones.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
