Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for US clients, ensuring seamless communication and support during the onboarding process.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of clients by providing guidance and assistance with system navigation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that service delivery remains of the highest standard.
