Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT support, with specific experience in desktop, workshop, or MSP support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software; familiarity with networking principles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior technicians and support staff.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
