A leading company, InsideOut Virtual Assistant Recruitment, is currently seeking a motivated Executive Assistant specializing in Healthcare Sales Operations. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations for senior healthcare executives.
  • Support the sales team with necessary administrative tasks to facilitate productivity.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda items, and compile minutes for follow-up.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems and databases.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a healthcare sales setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Personal Traits: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to work independently.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
