Exciting Opportunity: Executive Personal Assistant & Deputy Head of Operations in Sandton

A leading company in Johannesburg is currently seeking a talented Executive Personal Assistant & Deputy Head of Operations. This is a prime opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a high-powered team and make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Owner, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Owner and various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the promotion of organizational efficiency through effective task delegation and prioritization.
  • Prepare briefings and reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Oversee and improve office procedures, recommending solutions to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
