Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Owner, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Owner and various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the promotion of organizational efficiency through effective task delegation and prioritization.
- Prepare briefings and reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee and improve office procedures, recommending solutions to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or personal assistant role.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
