Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the SANC.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the clinical skills of healthcare providers in critical care.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, providing guidance and expertise in critical care practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and address gaps in clinical knowledge.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant nursing degree and registration with the SANC.
- Experience: Previous experience as an educator, facilitator, or mentor is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a passion for teaching.

💰 Salary Insight
