Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources Business Partner – Luxury Lodge in Thabazimbi

A leading company in the hospitality sector, Hoteljobs, is searching for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to manage and support HR functions at a luxury lodge in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. This is a fantastic chance to work within a vibrant team and influence organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions for the luxury lodge, ensuring effective onboarding and training of staff.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the lodge.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to lodge management to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate performance management processes for all team members.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a human resources role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in South Africa.
  • Traits: Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 – R18,000 per month.
