A leading company in the hospitality sector is currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader to join their vibrant team at a new casino staff accommodation project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including staffing levels and room assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
- Assist in training new staff on proper cleaning methods and hotel policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Qualification: Previous experience in housekeeping or related roles, ideally in a supervisory position.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent attention to detail.
