A leading company in the hospitality industry is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Hotel Management Team. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to meet the strategic direction and annual plans for housekeeping operations.
- Ensure that all guest areas, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in training and evaluating housekeeping staff, ensuring the team provides exceptional service and adheres to hotel policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping staff’s work to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure proper use and care.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping management or a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate a team and manage conflict effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, sanitation policies, and safety protocols.
- Education: A relevant qualification in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not essential.
