A leading company in the healthcare sector, Faircape Group, is currently seeking an organised and professional Temporary Healthcare Administrator/Receptionist. This is a valuable chance to make a difference in patient care while working in a supportive environment in Tokai, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointments and ensure efficient scheduling in a busy environment.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assist in the smooth running of operations.
  • Support the reception area with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
