Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, clear, and on-brand communication across the entire guest journey, including pre-booking and pre-stay interactions.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Utilize virtual communication tools to maintain real-time interactions with guests and address their needs efficiently.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to improve services and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified service approach and elevate guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar virtual role.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various communication platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Availability: Willingness to work from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST on standard working days.
💰 Salary Insight
