Exciting Opportunity: Guest Relations Virtual Assistant in South Africa

A leading company, Somewhere, is currently seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Virtual Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to join a team committed to providing exceptional service in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, clear, and on-brand communication across the entire guest journey, including pre-booking and pre-stay interactions.
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Utilize virtual communication tools to maintain real-time interactions with guests and address their needs efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to improve services and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified service approach and elevate guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar virtual role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various communication platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Availability: Willingness to work from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST on standard working days.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
