Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all cash-ups balance with the banking; discrepancies must be promptly addressed.
- Maintain strict security; ensure that the drop safe is locked at all times, with the key secured by the Admin Controller.
- Manage cash floats to guarantee they always balance; take full responsibility for the safe.
- Oversee daily cash handling procedures to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with staff to resolve any cash discrepancies and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in a retail or financial role focusing on cash handling and controller duties.
