Exciting Opportunity: Administrative Officer in Cape Town

A leading company in public service, the Western Cape Government, is seeking two dedicated Administrative Officers to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape. If you have excellent organizational skills and a passion for government administration, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the government.
  • Assist with the coordination of departmental activities and projects.
  • Manage correspondence and communication accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize files and maintain accurate records of departmental transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures in line with government standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Administration or similar field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in government processes.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R325,101 – R382,959 per year.
