Exciting Opportunity: Bookings Clerk in Stellenbosch

A leading company in the automotive industry, Merand Recruitment, is seeking a dedicated Bookings Clerk to join their team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and are eager to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the booking process for motor vehicles, ensuring seamless communication between customers and the dealership.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to bookings.
  • Coordinate with sales staff to ensure accurate and timely bookings and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update booking records in the dealership’s management system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the dealership’s operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a bookings clerk or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with dealership management software or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Education: A relevant qualification or high school diploma.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
