A leading company, Greys Recruitment, is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver / Companion. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a 27-year-old gentleman with high-functioning autism in a private residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the individual in a home setting.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Facilitate social interaction and engage the individual in recreational activities.
- Monitor the individual’s wellbeing and report any concerns to family or guardians.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment at all times.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Relevant caregiving experience or certification in a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with neurodivergent individuals.
- Personal Attributes: Empathetic, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for caregiving.
- Availability: Flexible hours, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the individual.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R8,000 – R15,000 per month.
