Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies tailored to meet the demands of the Microsoft Business Solutions segment.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent in the Fintech and iGaming industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recommendations on candidate selection.

Requirements
