A leading company, OutsideCapital, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer. This is more than just a support role; it’s a fantastic opportunity to become a pivotal part of their technology team, ensuring customer-centric IT support and enhancing the overall technological experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, proactive, and customer-centric IT support to various internal teams and external clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to effectively support users.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant IT degree or equivalent technical certification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an IT support role is preferred.

💰 Salary Insight
