Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that merchandising standards are effectively executed and maintained in the store.
- Build, face up, and restock merchandising displays to enhance visual appeal and product availability.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of the store and merchandise displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management to ensure adequate stock availability.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure displays are maintained to high standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move merchandise as required for stocking and display purposes.
💰 Estimated Market Salary
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
