Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate training needs and current practices in-store to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Create, deliver, and oversee effective training programs to enhance team performance.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.
- Collaborate with the People Capability Leader to align training strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to foster skill development among employees.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Training, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a training or instructional role, preferably within a retail or operational environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
