Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate quotes and tenders for construction projects.
- Compile complete civil and construction tenders for submission to clients.
- Manage payment claims to development managers and ensure accuracy.
- Draw up construction contracts as well as contracts for subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide cost estimates and track project budgets effectively.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
