Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
- Participate in HSE committee meetings, discussing vital matters related to workplace health and safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Validate contractor compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar HSE role, preferably within the data center or technology sector.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of legislation related to health and safety, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
