Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support departmental managers in developing their HR capabilities and guiding them in HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and applicable laws.
- Enhance the employee experience by promoting positive work relations and employee feedback.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and knowledge of HR best practices.
- Attributes: A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
