Key Responsibilities
- Service and prepare guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards, ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, upholding the high standards expected in luxury hospitality.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs to management.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.
- Clean and maintain public areas, coordinating with other staff to ensure the highest level of service.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven housekeeping experience in a lodge, boutique hotel, or guest house setting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.

- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
