Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Social Worker in implementing literacy programs.
- Track and report on the progress of school-based literacy initiatives.
- Develop age-appropriate learning materials and literacy resources.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for educators and volunteers.
- Establish partnerships with schools and community organizations to promote literacy.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Education, Literacy, Youth Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Code 10) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in educational or developmental roles is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R8,500 per month.
