Exciting Opportunity: Building Contracts Manager in Cape Town

A leading company in the construction industry, RPO Recruitment, is on the lookout for an experienced Building Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape. If you have a strong background in building construction and can manage multiple projects and teams effectively, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate between different teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review contractual agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance, providing updates to senior management.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure construction standards are met.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracts management role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management software, and excellent leadership capabilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
