A leading company, Mirna Butler Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant / Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Bloemfontein.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members.
  • Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Ensure that tasks and deadlines are tracked and met efficiently.
  • Act as a personal assistant when required, handling personal and confidential matters.
  • Prepare documents and reports as needed to support various projects.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all supplies and resources are available.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
