Exciting Opportunity: Executive PA / Office Manager in Goodwood/Parow, Cape Town

A leading company in human resources, HR Genie, is looking for a proficient Executive PA / Office Manager. This position is perfect for a highly organized individual ready to support senior management in a professional office environment in Goodwood, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative duties for senior management and directors.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications effectively.
  • Facilitate office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization in daily tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Supervise office staff and oversee staff management protocols.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant in a senior management or director role, preferably within a small to medium-sized company.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Qualifications: Relevant administrative or management qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office management systems and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
