Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate leadership, functional, and management training programs for various levels of staff.
- Design and evaluate training programs to ensure effective delivery and positive outcomes.
- Create and maintain training metrics, dashboards, and management information systems using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years in Learning & Development roles.
- Skills: Proven expertise in learning design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R50,000 – R70,000 per month.
