Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in home services or similar industry.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting service level agreements.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Market Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
