Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant Millwright qualification is essential.
- Experience: Solid background in the FMCG sector with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Millwright.
- Skills: Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Personality: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
