Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional beverage service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar area and throughout the venue.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their experience.
- Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the bar is stocked and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or a similar role in a hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktail mixing techniques.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R6,500 – R7,500 per month.
