Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various diesel-powered vehicles such as forklifts, tractors, and trucks, with a preference for MAN Trucks.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical defects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs for each vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service.
Requirements
- Qualification: National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years post-trade experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
- Skills: Proficiency in maintaining and repairing diesel vehicles, particularly forklifts, tractors, and MAN trucks.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Code 14 driver’s license.
💰 Salary Insight
