Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents, and ensure their accuracy and timely delivery.

Requirements
- Qualification: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
